• Unwell Hydration Brand Launch

    The Ask: Launch Unwell Hydration—a new wellness beverage brand from Nestlé in collaboration with Alex Cooper—with a bold, culturally resonant campaign that would break through a crowded market and authentically connect with Gen Z and millennial consumers.

    The Solve: As Project Manager, I served as the central point of coordination between Reach Agency, Nestlé, Unwell Hydration, Openmind Media, and cross-functioning PR, Social, Strategy, and Creative teams. I facilitated collaboration across all interagency partners, managing timelines, approvals, and asset production to keep all stakeholders aligned from kickoff through launch. I built and maintained detailed content calendars, work-back schedules, and production workflows to guide the integrated campaign across paid and organic social, OOH (Out of Home), PDOOH (Programmatic Digital Out of Home), and influencer content. My leadership ensured operational efficiency and creative cohesion across platforms—ultimately delivering a high-impact launch that authentically introduced Unwell Hydration to the market.
